Targeting Aug Screen Not Working - Image Not Available?

Hi,
I've been playing Deus Ex for many years including several mods. Recently I discovered that when I activate the Targeting Aug it doesn't work. The screen where you normally see a zoom in of who you are aiming at stays black and shows a text that says "image not found"

I don't know what caused this but I do know that the Targeting Aug used to work properly. It may have been because of one of the mods I installed in the past half year (I don't use the targeting aug that much, I prefer the vision aug, hehe) I've tried fixing it by reinstalling Deus Ex but it's still not working

Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
