I bought the "Upgrade" version of XP Pro to save a $100.
I have 2 hard drives so I loaded Win98 on "D" Inserted WinXP Pro and selected clean NTFS install onto "C". My problem is that I have to boot through "D" to get WinXP on "C" to boot. When I try to boot XP on "C" I get the error "NTFS" missing. So that tells me that the startup files were loaded onto "D". These bastards at MS plss me off to no end. Or...I'm just stupid. Can someone herehelp me out? |
