Deus Ex -- Texture tiling?

Recently, whenever I install and try to play Deus Ex, all the world textures are... Strange. They are smaller and visibly tiled over and over and over and over again. I can't figure out why this is.

I've tried patching and so on... I have an ATI Radeon X1950 card. I don't know if that has something to do with it, but I tried putting all the settings in Catalyst to disabled and 'use game settings.'

If anyone can help me, that'd be great. Deus Ex was and still is an amazing game that I love. The texture problem is just kill the immersion
