This is only about the blog. It was promised a long time ago and it is all but forgotten by the community as you can see in this thread. Actually it already became something like a running gag, so some info (more then "sorry, not yet") about the current status would be in order.

That would have to depend on what ones reasons are for resurrecting it, now wouldn't it? The simple act of buying a trademark is decidedly indecent if what results is essentially a dumbed down shadow of the former game, designed purely around the interests of profit.

I see no evidence that it, and the things it stood for, is alive again. There may be a company making a game that happens to own the rights to the name, but that in itself doesn't necessarily mean that "Deus Ex" is alive.
