A puzzle has many sides, but only some are visible?

I have looked all left and right for this thing but can't find it anywhere. I have the secrets revealed map but I still cannot find it. Can someone help meout please?

This riddle was tricky. If you look up, the upper part of a question mark is on the bottom of the highest bridge. Ascend the cave until you come to the second colapsed column, go across it and at the top, look to your left. You'll see a hand-hold. Use it to shimmy around and you'll come to a little nook with a Riddler trophy. Go into detective mode here and you should see the dot. Line them up.

And what about the Silent Pred room in Intensive Treatment?

Damn, you're right. I didn't realize that. I read the riddle and remembered what room it was in, but I didn't remember it was also used in Intensive Treatment. Odd. Oh well, no one's perfect. In any case, the solution to that one is:

There's a portion of the floor you can blow out with the gel. Examine the sides of the hole made for the solution.

I can't find any portion of the floor to blow out?

This is the last one I need to complete all the challenges and I can't figure it out. I tried blowing all the glass out but nothing.

You can only see it in Detective mode.

I've been in Detective Mode for the past 20 minutes looking for it.

Is this section of floor in the room where the Question mark is painted on the window or some where else?

HAHA, wow. There's no part of the floor you blow up...the dot is on the wall behind the question mark.

Inside the control room in the center on the top floor part of it. Look to the right of the wooden glass cabinet in there at the window pane in detective mode, and then zoom in to see the dot too.
