SR2 problems on xp ...

well, now i finally have played and watched the whole of sr1 i wanted to play sr2. i got it working but it has a lot of glitches, and it regularly goes really slow, and gives weird stretches

is there anything i can do?

oh and i did turn the disablevshader to 1 like i was told
