Default Didicated work password topic

We, the people, even with all out shenanigans and cunning (brauny), cannot find out the work password on the blog posted by Robert James Carter, on the website http://robertjamescarter.com. As a combined effort, i believe that we can figure out the password. Our current leads are:

-This triangle has strangle symbols inside of it, commonly believed to be Mayan.
-There is a Laurel of leaves, a symbol of the Olympics, created by the Greeks.
-There are 14 stars surrounding it. What purpose do they serve?
-one half of the triangle is dark, the other half is light. do they represent good and evil?
