Having a bit of a problem..

Im new here. So whats up everyone? Anyway, i was wondering if anyone else is having trouble when you are supposed to find dr.young's fingerprints to find her notes, it doesnt switch detective modes, it stays blue. i just saved the hostages and it hasnt said anything bout finger prints....Any ideas on whats wrong?

Cause i saw the walk through, but my objectives haven't told me to look for finger prints...and its after i saved the two guards..

I am having EXACTLY the same problem. I was never prompted to look for anything. The rest of the game involves looking for things sure, but I think the developers bothed this little part because it's too much of a hang up and it's spoiling what WAS a fun game.

It sounds like you have saved the hostages from the Library first? If you explore the other rooms in the Mansion you will find other people to save and they will point you in the right direction.

That doesn't help. I have been all over the place and have found no additional rooms.

Her office will be marked on the map once you save the Guards in the Records room, you can see how to get into her office from there in this thread.

Once in the office you will be able to scan her fingerprints.
