Default FAO Keir,regarding stock of the CE edition......
Hey dude,

I work in the main Hmv in London and we've just had our stock quantities for Arkham Asylum's CE confirmed as 10 for the PS3,3 for the 360 and 2 for the PC.We've also been informed it's strictly non-reorderable & given that we're the flagship store with over 60 pre-orders,we've got a lot of disappointed people on our hands.All the staff have got to draw names on thursday afternoon to secure copies which is leaving non for the shelf or customers.What I would like to know is,is this a problem affecting the whole of the UK???I'd heard that play.com,amazon and game are also struggling to fulfil pre-orders but is it defintely going to just the initial delivery only??If you could clear this up for me,myself & the games team would be very grateful as it would give us a start on how to inform the customers who've ordered with us.

No they aren't. When he said ordered he meant all the customers that ordered before the game was released therefor they are pre orders. So none are going to customers who pre-ordered and all of the collectors editions they get in will be going to lucky staff. Some staff members won't even get it.

Anyone else feeling a little after reading this thread. I wonder if stuff like Eurogamer and IGN are goning to be reporting this now. I get the feeling many fans are going to be disappointed.
