Tomb raider underworld mobile help?

Hi...i just got tomb raider underworld for my mobile and i got a problem

The free climbing so tough...pressing those numbers sure made a blister in my fingers....

Is there any way i can do free climbing easier and better
(note that im still in the first level(Baldr's tomb) XD )
