Tomb Raider Anniversary wont load!! Microsoft windows error?

Hi
I got the new game today yet the disc wont load. When I click on install.....the Microsoft error comes up ---- SET**tmp---- we will have to close. Send error to Microsoft
Please Help.

is that all the error says?it sounds like it is somethying with the temporary directory.did you uninstall the demo before installing anniversary?it may be a similar file in use .
