Game crash (does not start)

I bought a game, installed it and then when I try to run it there is black screen for a seckond, then half screen is black and then I get crash error:
"trl.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I click dont send report and this is it.
Then I downloaded the demo, when I thought I dont have enough space, and the same happenes to demo.

I Have P4 2.2, 512 Ram, ATI Radeon 7500 (Directx 9.0c)..I am trying to run it on my Gericom Masterpiece laptop. Is there any fix? Is the graphic card the problem? I saw on some website that with this graphick card it should work normaly...
