Dues Ex IW video card issue

When trying to install Deus Ex IW, at the start up screen, it tells me that my video card is not compatible, but I have the same vid card on another computer and the game actually came in the box for free with it...I have a Diamond stealth s60 ati radeon 7000, 64mb, ddr

Anyhow, it will install but not run. Here are my specs.
