Intro/Movies = Choppy Garbled Garbage

Tell me again why i bought this piece of garbage ?

My rig exceeds the requirements -- AMD Athalon 2700+, Geforce FX 5900 Ultra, SB Audigy 2, Xp Home, 512 megs of DDR RAM. I have every driver update available to me, along with DX9b.

I Can BARELY make it to the start up screen and NO i did not buy this game to hack into it's system folder and REMOVE the intro movies just so i can PLAY the game.

If there isnt a patch within one week i will return this game to the store i bought it from citing defective software, get my money back, and warn my friends of this BETA-ESQ $40.00 waste of money.

Sorry to be so harsh, but with as much hype as this game had, it should run like GLASS.
