Default Where is Lamar?
Where can I find Lamar in the following mission:

Primary Goal: Order Traitor: Find Lamar

I know he is somewhere in the Inclinator, but where exactly?

Yeah I've found him now, and I've listened in on the conversation and killed one of the two (the other apparently ran away.)

Anyways, I am at the Helon Loft apartments, but without any ammo
