Bay 24?!

How do I get in to bay 24? I go on the balcony, but that's overlooking bay 23, not 24. it says that 24 is locked, I have NO idea how to get in there. Any help would be appreciated!

go out bay 23 and turn right, there's a sign says Templars Only along the walls.

she is behind the desk i dont remember her name you have to talk to the omar's so she can open the door

Yes, talk to the Omar in the North Medina. He will set you up with the receptionist on Arcology level 110 (the Air Arcology level), and she'll give you the code.
