game not right

I just got AOD and cant get the game to work right. The problem I have is in the game it only shows the top left 1/4 of the game. The rest of my screen is black. Before I put in the patch I could hear the intro but not see it. After the patch I could see and hear the into to the game, but stil the same problem in the game with just a 1/4 of the screen showing. Everything is up to date on my puter because of the sof2 game I play and cant figure out my problem with this game. I tried to email a tech and of course it said i couldnt at this time and wants me to call a long distance number, which i cant afford to be on the phone for 2 hours. Any help would be apprectiated.
