That is Enrique Englasias, a Puerto Rican pop singer and son of the great Julio Englasias (a salsa legend).
Enrique also happens to be the same nationality as I am... which causes problems...

Here’s an example:

random moron: so willow, what nationality are you?
willow: I'm Puerto Rican
rm: ooooooo just like Enruque Englasias (or insert any other random Puerto Rican pop star like Ricky Martin or JLO... ugh)

.... apparently as far as America is concerned.... Puerto Ricans are only capable of disgusting Pop music....

My disgusting music is an eclectic rock/gothicish mix (has jazz, classical, pop (structure wise in some songs) and blues characteristics).
