Hitman Absolution E3 2012 Trailer
Check out the Hitman: Absolution 'Attack of the Saints' E3 Trailer right now. The official text is below. What do you think? "IO Interactive A/S, a Square Enix studio, is pleased to announce today's premiere of "ATTACK OF THE SAINTS," a new HITMAN: ABSOLUTION™ trailer to promote Agent 47's extensive appearance at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles. A run-down motel room allows Agent 47 the time to treat his wounds. Meanwhile, his former employer, the ICA, send a deadly specialized wetworks team after him: "The Saints." Think it looks great, too many comments on other websites jumping to conclusions saying they hate the direction the game is taking... too actiony based on a CGI trailer.
From what I've seen of gameplay, the options are always there. And id rather see a Trailer of 47 being a badass taking on a group of nuns anyday!!

Wow... Guys, are you seriously going to kill Hitman licence ?
By playing Hitman Sniper challenge I would say NO, but your videos are awful and make me think YES. Hitman is a stealth game in which you play an assassin who can disguise into anybody. Most of the time you kill people with a silenced pistol or a piano wire. Your targets are drug dealer, stars, politics, etc... If I don't know this game and I watch your trailer, I would think Hitman is an action game where you can have RPG to kill women dressed like #¥$@ and explose everything... You know fans are doubting because they think you're turning Hitman into an action game with linear levels and you bring us "ATTACK OF THE SAINTS" trailer... So stupid I guess... Sorry but I love this game, and someone in your marketing service is just an idiot. Give me that job I would do better work... I still believe in this game, but don't forget what make this licence an excellent one.

lmao, some people just don't get it XD, great trailer IOI will make non fans want the game, perverts want the game let's be honest, and anyone who is a fan of badass want the game. add the statements of you can now run and gun a level properly it stands up, and to the moaners there was amounts of stealth involved in that trailer too.
I assume 47 is fully independant now, I just hope the hong kong connection at the end of blood money is explained at some point.

Some people really don't get it. Yes it doesn't fully show the Hitman gameplay, but how boring would it be watching 47 sneak around for a trailer? They show something that will get people interested and interest a lot of different types of gamers: run and gunners, stealthy, hunter stealth, Hitman fans, etc.
Frankly yes I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the new gameplay and seeing the interviews and reading previews, I'm losing a lot of my hesitancy.

My heart sank when I watched this trailer.
I just can't grasp what the creatives involved were thinking when they came up with this trailer. It indicates to me a complete change in the tone and character of the prior Hitman games. I was quite confident that this game would meet my expectations. But now, I just don't know what to think; I am worried for the narrative and general aesthetic direction of Absolution.

Gameplay videos are pretty good, but trailers are far away from the "Hitman spirit". I Know / hope the game will be good, but, just explain me what is the purpose of having nuns dressed like prostitutes with RPGs ?? Not very credible.
It's just like if Marcus Fenix was sucking his thumb, that don't make Gears of War a bad game, but it's not the usual spirit of that licence.

Sorry, but I don't get it. Is he going to fight nun assassins? Was that a level from the game? Was that a tease for the multiplayer where one person plays 47 and he just fights everyone?
"47 works alone" - a developer when asked about mp in this game

I think the trailer is amazing, pretty much looks real! This really captures the hitman games dark humour, but still retains the gritty and realistic side too. Cant wait to see what will be at E3! I reckon they will show stealth gameplay

Was 47 cutting out his own ICA tattoo in this trailer, its the same arm one of the nuns has an ICA tattoo, though I don't see what point cutting out his barcode numbers serves when i'm pretty sure the bars can be read any way. Also wigs.

Hi everyone,
At the end of this beautiful trailer, we see all the Preorder Packs available in the U.S., all 47 Suits. Will they also offered in Europe, as a preorder or DLC? So far I only see the weapons, not the suits: ( Thank you in advance!
