Problem with achievemetns (XBOX360)

Hi, guys.
I got a serious issue with my Deus Ex.
After unlocking all the the achievements, I open the XBOX browser and I find out it gave me only 58 achievements out of 59.
Apparently, the "Legend" achievement hasn't been unlocked, although I'm 100% sure I've never switched difficulty and "Give me Deus Ex" was enalbed since the beginning.

I'm in the same boat, just completed my 'Give me Deus Ex' run through and no Legend achievement. Won't be going through again, just to see if unlocks.
