Newbie question about avatars and signatures

Hi everyone!

I cannot find where to upload an avatar or to make a signature. The FAQ said to look under options but all it says is to "Edit Options" and that menu only gives me the option to view avatars, not to upload one.

If anyone could help me, I'd be grateful.

Signatures and Avatars are restricted to users that have been active for a while. So contribute more and these options will open up!
