Helicopter in water glitch

Somehow my helicopter fell into the water, and then instead of blowing up,
it started paddling around in circles, and it didn't stop.

I've had helo's fly underground attacking me during several missions and panauan soldiers firing at me from within structures and I coulndn't fire back and hit them.
