Black Screen At Startup

Hi

Just bought the game & I am getting the Black screen at startup, it just hangs there. I then have to use task manager to shut it down.
Is there a fix for this yet ?

Windows 7 32 bit
Geforce GTX 280 (Driver Ver - 197.45)

Have you tried to reinstall the game?

Are you using Steam?

i have windows 7 64 bit to, and GTX 275 197.45 drivers, and my system does black screen right when a explosion takes place, i have updated every driver, re-installed the game THREE TIMES and updated the game as well..still crashs on me.
