YEP any DLC will be in the black market. And guess what?

Since you BOUGHT the DLC with YOUR own MONEY, the DLC items in the black market are FREE to spawn!!

v
Not really.. actually.. you still need to come up with about $100,000 for the good items, which i think is.... so awesome......

I think it's closer to "By your logic, if you buy an ice-maker, all your ice should be free." Clearly, the ice you make in the ice-maker isn't free if you pay the utility companies for water and electricity.

Clearly, playing DLC content for Just Cause 2 isn't free if you have to pay for the electricity to power your console/PC.

At the same time, I don't expect to have to recite Coleridge's "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" in order to extract ice from my ice-maker, since it would become extraordinarily annoying just to get a small ice-cube. Similarly, I don't expect to have to do some repetitive task in order to acquire in-game credits to purchase DLC items in the Black Market in Just Cause 2.

It's reasonable to expect getting ice from my ice-maker with minimal frustration so long as I pay my utilities, and it's also reasonable to expect acquiring DLC in a game with minimal frustration if I previously paid for those items using real-world currency.
