Advanced video display settings

Can someone tell me what "SSOA" stands for in the video settings? Also what does Point Light Specular do?

SSAO is explained here complete with examples.

And point light specular is explained in these forums here.

In short, SSAO handles the depth shading and PLS handles detailed lighting and reflections (such as wet areas).
