I've been reading through the posts and so far found answers to my question but not for the Wii.

I've moved the blue, glowy bridge and am having to go back to the boat. I've entered the next room where there's a ring in the middle of the room (not attached to a wall) and a closed door underwater. On the other side of the room the exit is blocked and I am able to climb along the left wall a little bit until I can't get any further up or over.

I know I have to be looking for a switch to pull but I can't find it. I've looked underwater and along the walls. I'm sure it's something easy that I'm not seeing but I sure could use somebody's help.
