Hi, what PC-Components I need, to play JC2 without stuttering?

I want buy a Notebook, but I dont know what I need at least to be able to play it with max details

I dont know too much about the system requirements of the game, but I can assure you it will NOT be able to run on any netbook or notebook.

Maybe the top end laptops, but those are atleast $1,200 and up.
