I think I am geting the wway this forum works ( I hope). My problem right now and for the last two days is how to get Lara past that wall in the Jaguar House

It depends which wall you're referring to. I've just played through the Jaguar House... after killing the first jaguar thrall, you slide down and use ledges to get over a wall and fight a second jaguar. This wall can then be pushed down with the X button. From this point to the end it's pretty linear and I came across no other walls that didn't have ledges to climb to their top.
