Do you by any chance know anything about different versions of the game in different countries?
What i mean is:
Will it be like Little Big Planet Where the downloads from any store UK/DE/USA were compatible with the game
or will it be more like Saints Row 2 which had a certain version number at the back of it which you had to compare to the one shown in the description of the dlc?
(They had to be the same otherwise you could download and install the stuff but it didn't do anything in the game)
Also: will i be able to change all the Text and the voices to english if i buy the german version of the game (because i always like the original sound better than the german dubbing.

I need to know that because I consider importing the game from UK but i also want to be able to buy new dlc (If anything like this releases).

You can change the language of the game as every version features each translation, but this is decided by your machine settings - and not in the in-game options - so you'll have to change your country options on your PS3 or 360 in order for the game to pick the correct language.

With regards to DLC, as far as I'm aware this is region locked. Though all DLC will be available in each territory.

It's out at the same time in the UK as it is in Germany though, so there shouldn't be any need to import.

I considered Importing because the UK-Import games on amazon.de are like 50% - 66% off the german price most of the time.
Just Cause 2 Limited edition is 69.99€ on amazon.de while It's 44,50€ on most of the UK sites
