Usually, when someone speaks about the third nightmare, he asks about so called "graphical glitch". There is another thing that I can't understand.

Screenshot (can contain spoiler). (http://i981.photobucket.com/albums/ae293/da_werecat/Videogames/Batman%20-%20Arkham%20Asylum/Scarecrow.jpg)

The batsuit is absolutely undamaged. Isn't it supposed to look like this (http://i981.photobucket.com/albums/ae293/da_werecat/Videogames/Batman%20-%20Arkham%20Asylum/Batman.jpg)? Or maybe Batman is still hallucinating? Then the graveyard scene appears to be a "dream inside a dream". It explains everything, but I'm not sure.

Its funny i hadnt noticed the batsuit wasnt damaged since those scenes go by so dam fast,i looked at the screenshot and was surprised.Im going to guess that they kinda messed up with the cutscenes showing batman facing the scarecrow, when you do finish with the scarecrow and your back in game the batsuit is still damaged.

Maybe.

However, when I've examined my own screenshot, I've noticed that those cutscene was pre-rendered. Compression artifacts, smooth edges without FSAA, etc. So it can't be a plain skin mistake, I guess.
