Possible bug in flooded corridor...maybe?

First off thank you for such a fantastic game :D
I have already played through it on 360 and am now just going around getting the riddler challenges on the PC version before headin to the party :)

Im currently a bit stuck though, after going back into botanical gardens (ive already beaten ivy) it seems that the flooded corridor pool is electrified again despite its control box being sabotaged, which is making it a little hard to get at the solution to the ratcatcher riddle in that room :p . Im not sure if this is a bug or if i just missed the oppertunity to get that one :( It occurs to me that its possible that that room gets perma-electrified the second time in, in wich case... bummer, but oh well.

Thanks again BM:AA devs, this is definitely a contender for a few GOTY awards, most fun ive had in months :) definitely worth the money :D

I had the same problem, but it's not in the water, so it doesn't matter. Horizontal zipline to the north side of the room and before you continue down the hallway there should be a vent to the left of the hallway entrance. Go in the vent and keep looking down, as there will be a grate with the costume you need to snapshot inside it
