Big Microsoft .NET Framework problem (needed for GFWL)

alright, so batman arkham asylum is great, and i want to get the dlc, but games for windows live is giving me problems. i start it up and it says "Microsoft .NET Framework is required. Install it now?" so if i click no, windows live does not start up, so i click yes. it goes through about half the installation and the says "setup.exe has stopped working" The error log reads:

i've tried re-installing windows live, installing .net manually, restarting my computer but to no avail. im running vista 32-bit btw. i have also tried:

which resulted in: "This product is not supported on Windows Vista System", "this requires windows xp sp2", and the same as the first problem (respectively) i am getting mega pissed and i really cant find out how to get this working. any help is greatly appreciated. i am running windows vista sp1 32 bit btw.

i did get error code: Code 800703EE

i really am getting pissed. ive tried installing in safe mode, ive tried running as administrator, ive tried windows installer cleanup. nothing has work

I recently purchased the game batman arkham asylum i installed it in my computer and when i click the icon of the game suddenly my mouse cursor stucks and i cant do anything i installed all the drivers of my grphics,sound cards and it keeps stuck agaain and again and again please tell me what should i do :mad2:
