Can't Install

Hey I've tried installing this game several times and have updated my drivers and etc. but I keep getting this error message

File Transfer Error
Feature: ReadMe
Component: DLS_File_RootDirAll_6
File: D:/BmGDFBinary.dll
Error: The Wrong Diskette is in the drive.
Insert %2(Volume Serial Number: %3) into drive%1

Obviously I haven't been removing the dvd from the drive and this only happens at the very end of the installation process.
My specs if relevant: Intel pentium 4, 3 GHz, 1.5 G Ram, ATI Radeon X1550 running XP Pro SP3

Any virtual drives that could be throwing it off?

don't think so I've never imagined anything unless it just randomly happened...

Could just be a bad disk, sadly. That would be the only other thing I could think of
