Japanese translations

Ok guys, I was wondering what the soldiers are saying. All I could understand are itch, ni meaning 1,2. Other then that I know that Baka means idiot (when the archer points the arrow at his general)

But most of the time I hear "Gee, O Kubei" or something like that and I have nooo clue what they're saying. And got me curious. Can anyone put some of the japanese translations here? would be great!

Unfortunately, I have always wanted to learn Japanese, but never got round to it. I hope someone more knowledgeable can help you. :o

The big guy is telling them to burn the place down and then points at the smaller guy and says something along the lines of, "What are you doing, idiot? THAT way!" And then he's just like, "Roger, readyyyyy".
