I'm surprised it took them this long to do this.

Going from from cartoons...
The end result would be Bruce (B:TAS version) dating Mary Jane while Robin is busy scraping Spiderman off of the Batmobile's windshield and Bugs torments Mickey to such an extent the poor little mouse has to be committed to a mental institution

Yeah man, thats exactly what would happen, or Bugs would kick Superman's ass.. either way it sounds legit.:nut:

I'm excited about this announcement.I think it is a great opportunity for DC to rule the multi-media market. Also, for those of you who were saying "DC president,a woman?pfft."
1.don't be sexist
2.get your facts straight,Diane Nelson is going to be the president of DC Entertainment,Paul Levits(the current president od DC comics is resigning and will take over writing duties on issue #6 of Adventure Comics,he does not yet have a replacement chosen.

Sorry about the double post, but I thought this interview might give you guys a bit of a direction that DCE is pointing in:

http://splashpage.mtv.com/2009/09/11/exclusive-dc-entertainment-president-talks-comics-movies-and-creators%e2%80%94and-how-the-new-environment-will-affect-them/Two things I like about this:
"Human Target" is being produced by Warner Bros. Television for a mid-season debut on Fox.Very nice. I always have liked this character. Would be especially awesome if they had a different actor playing Chance in each episode.
Warner Brothers recently announced the involvement of creators like Geoff Johns in some of their film projects, so is this something we're likely to see more of in the new environment?
NELSON: Yeah, I hope so. Geoff and Marv [Wolfman] and Grant [Morrison], those three gentlemen were engaged to help advise on the feature slate even before this initiative.I'm not exactly sure what "advising on the feature slate" entails, but I like the thought of him having input in DC's films.
