commandos bel major problem

hey there,
ok i bought commandos bel off of the ebgames wedsite (creating a gamestop account in the process) and now when i try to install it i get to a point where something called activeMARK is trying to activate my product (completing the installation) and it either says internet connection problem (firewall is disabled!!!) or it goes to a blank screen with a little "lock" in the bottom corner.

PLEASE HELP

that helped, but now i get to a screen where it says "Your product cannot be activated" "An error ocurred during activation Error code: 101"
