Subliminal Clowns

I noticed some designs on walls and suck that appeared to be clowns. Just little hidden things that could be hinting at something, IDK...amybe a little thing to the Joker... Anyways.. I saw one and decided to take a picture and post it up here if anyone knew anything more than me. Sorry for the poor quality, it was with a camera phone...
