I figured it out own my own with no help.But it is in the little room you leave Warden Sharp in and it is on the floor in that little room.

I figured it out too except, I didn't think to check the floor. I went back and Sharp was gone and was like 'HUH?' I thought there would be a cutscene rather disaponting.
