Monitor says : out of range

Hello!!
I installed TOD a weak ago and when i enter the game the monitor writes : out of range but i hear the sound of the game with a black page:mad2:
CAN anybody help me......I saw the screenshots of this game and it looks very cool and I really really want to play it....if anybody knows what to do plz help me

Oh yes i forgot to write my pc's properties
