problem with patch

i got this problem with the patch..
i cant install it
i double click it, and suddenly the ms dos windows appear, and i should type the mode ..
i cant understand that ..
please help me .

guys guys ..
first time, i download the patch from the eidosinteractive.com
then i try to install it, but it failed .. that WAS the problem..
i try download it from eidosinteractive.co.uk
then i can install it ..
and now it's works..
thank guys !!

perhaps, it was not my luck !!
