Hello guys.. The point of this thread is to defend B:AA Demo from all of these people saying bad things about the game.. Most common things said are..
- A.I. sucks
- Too easy to kill enemies
- Zsasz is too easy to defeat in hand to hand combat
- Bad lip lyncing
- Can't combo high
- Combat is simple button mashing with no skill needed.
- All goons are the same
With all of those complaints here is my response to them all!
#1 The A.I. does not suck.. The demo is set to easy mode.. A.I. is better @ higher difficulty settings.
#2 Basically the same as #1.. on the easy setting enemies take more damage from you.
#3 Same as #2 Zsasz like any baddie takes more damage on lower diff settings.. Also if you examine him you will see he is not all there.. Perhaps he is medicated? But whatever the case he was easy to defeat in hand to hand cause the demo is set to easy.. On harder he will be much tougher.. Also he is not ment to be fought hand to hand anyway so this issue is really irrelevent.
#4 In the final game this should be fixed.. Also it doesn't seem as bad as people say to me.
#5 Only reason we can't combo high in the demo is simply cause it is set to easy.. If it was on hard we would could combo higher cause the enemies will have better resistance to our attacks.
#6 I don't really consider this game a button masher.. Also i think skill is needed for this game in harder settings.. for example i heard that the blue lines above enemies heads do not appear so you have to look for the right time to combo which will present a challenge.
#7 I'm sure some goons will be stronger than others and from the demo the goons don't seem the same to me.. Some are armed and some are not.. I think there will be more types of goons with better amour/better guns later in the story..
I hope some of you doubters that have seen this thread start to change your minds about the game.. You really shouldn't judge the games slight flaws from the demo.
I'm going to buy this game on day one! But if any of you still have doubts you can always wait for the reviews from popular sites like gamespot and ign.. But there some reviews out there and the average score for this game is at least 92%. Now heres another explanation.. These sites and mags were able to review the game cause rockstedy gave them the finished product of the full video game.. The game is already completed and setting in a wherehouse somewhere.. We can only buy it on Aug 25th.
