More like: The people who make the video and post it on their sites have to lower the video quality that causes the screen tearing. =p Since its noit like other game reviewers received a different version. ;)

I know it wasn't a kids movie after I saw the prologue, and the second time I saw it I heard a kid in the theater which upset me, because the parents obviously thought was a kids movie.

The PSN is always updated on Thursdays. First in Japan, then UK, then US. UK will get the demo early.

The PSN store will have a special update on Friday. If the demo is 'street dated' for the 7th, they won't release it early. Same goes for XBL. They do break their typical update patterns for bigger releases.

but the story has a surprising twist so its kind of a give and take situation but i know overall the story is going to be superb

As not only one of the best videogames of 2009 so far, this could quite easily be one of the best videogame titles full stop, it’s that darn good. With its breathtaking world of gothic glamour and spine tingling encounters, the world of Batman has never looked or felt as good as this. A classic.

I allways said this game had the potential to be one of the best games ever! :D

After speaking with Darren (the reviewer), I'm glad to report no tearing or artifacts whilst playing the game. I'd assume that the video you've seen was just highly (and badly) compressed in order to go easy on their domestic ISP upload rate.

We believe the game is receiving a final polish now before its release, so we're expecting a clean, bug-free game at launch!
