My Theory

Look from a few recent trailers and videos theres been alot of footage of big weird mutant people apparantly related to the titan project but i have another theory, we first see a test subject emerge from a metal enclosure thing, he has one side of him more heavly mutated whereas later on when we see a arkham guard that has been mutated he seems more in proportion i think that the joker my have taken banes venom and messed around with it perhaps adding it into the mix of this project titan to create these super henchmen.

Maybe I should start another thread with my ideas and call it "My Theory," too.
