the Villain groups

I thought we should break down the villains, into a few different groups.
First of:

Bosses:
Zsasz,
Bane,
Killer Croc,
Scarecrow,
Poison Ivy,
Harley Quinn,
Joker

Next up will be villains who will appear in cutscenes or some form of audio(some of these could be bosses, but it hasnt been confirmed yet):
The Riddler,
The Penguin,
Two-Face,
Mr. Freeze,
Ra's al Ghul,
Ratcatcher

With the audio, we can not confirm this. As said before it isn't exactly the most reliable source of information. Example. Mr. Freeze is an escapee during this time. So I highly doubt he will be in the game even as a voice actor. And Mr. Freeze to stop what he's doing to go back to Arkham, very out of character. We can only wait and see. But nice list.
