i was just wondering how his health system would work in the game do you guys think it will b like gears of war and regen after a few seconds or will it be more like goldeneye 64 and you have to survive each area without regenerating health?

It was confirmed that his health regenerates after battle a little bit.

I believe it regenerates fully i believe if you beat all enimies in close proximity and after time also.

i remember in one of the vids it said something like when you take down an enemy noy only do you get ex.p but also regain some health.

Yeah I saw that video too. I believe it was the E3 demo, after the initial beating up of jokers thugs you walk down a corridor about 30 seconds before we see zsasz two more thugs try to jump you, and after the person demoing the game beat 'em he talked about the health system.

Yeah how much health regenerates depends on how many thugs you defeated, and how fast you defeated them.
I also believe that it fully regenerates after boss battles.
