I'm not sure I'd pay for extra costumes alone. Give me a few new items for them to use(Az-Bats using his batarang launchers, for instance) and then I'd consider it.

Give us Batman Begins, Batman Beyond, and the no mans land pointy ears and bulky utility belt. And if we get the Adam West 60's look it should change all the NPC's to 60's style aswell. When the Jokers men were all mime's, and give the Joker the Caesar Romero look!

Chuck Norris skin...or nothing lol. Nah only kidding, Im not fussed about different skins as I think edios have got bats's costume down to a t at the moment, and I wouldnt want to change it. Id rather see and would pay for a whole new character/map as it would change the gameplay aswell, and lengthen the arkham experience.

I really hope we get costumes. I know this is a Batman game and I know PS3 gets playable Joker BUT im hoping we get DLC Costume and maybe we can play as different characters throughout the game! IF we do I will play as Joker the whole way through the game!!!

Well I never really read the comics so the whole no movies/cartoons would be pointless for someone like me. I did read a few comics, just not 70+ years worth.

I'd enjoy having the movie outfits, just not kilmers and clooneys. Somehow muscle suits are much more believable than pajamas with a pair of underwear over them.

I'm a big enough Bat-fan that paying for DLC costumes...yeah, I'd be in.

I think The movie suits are probably a must have. Batman Begins, The Dark Knight are a must have if they do the DLC costumes.

Batman 89 or Batman Returns (probably an either or, since they look enough alike) would be too.

But, yeah. I'd be more than willing to spend a few bucks on a set of costume DLC. Who wouldn't?

They could even pack the suits in sets, ie: Movie pack: and have it list off the movie costumes you'll have to use.

I think I'd probably replay the game an extra couple times just to see a Batman Begins suited, or Batman Returns, in-game model during cutscenes.

I don't think extending the otufits to other characters could work.

Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl...they all move a lot different than Batman. A ton more acorbatically, with less power.

I think keeping it, atleast for the first wave or so, to just the vast libary of bat-suits is a smart move. Hasn't the SW:Force Unleashed DLC been a massive hit? I can see it being the same with Batman.

Batman Beyond for sure i always loved that suit then the batman wardevil costume where he teamed up with spawn would be amazing and the gotham by gaslight costume from batman brave and the bold where he teams up with sherlock holmes and etrigan

Yeah at the London thing somebody asked if they where gonna do any more playable characters and he said they wanted to keep it limated, so I doubt we'll be geting anyone other than The Joker.
Anyway as for DLC costumes, I nocticed that the costumes that the villains are wearing in the game are or are made from their Arkham uniforms, and in the Doctor's Journal we see their normal outside of Arkham costumes so I'd like them to be made avliable as DLC :D

I agree with VanZarko on this! Me myself I like to see in the DLC for his next suits are "The Dark Knight" and the Batman Beyond" Suits cause they are totally off the hook and would make Batman even more BadAss.

I refuse to believe that rockstar would have the audacity to make a comic based video game from an established character but refuse to make new skins or give the player the ability to choose other costumes. It's Asinine. It's not like a new skin takes up that much space either...what are they like 2-4kb in size? I think an 80 gb ps3 can handle the load.

I'd like:

Classic Batman. Grey and blue costume made of fabric, with the yellow oval on the chest, different style of "ears", shorter scallops on gauntlets and the rigid yellow utility belt (basically, TAS version but with more realistic modelling)

The Dark Knight Returns Batman: Very big and old Batman. Really thick. The bat emblem on his chest is big and fat, he has pointy little ears on his cowl, an old, pissed off face, flat scallops on the cowl and the regular grey/blue tights.

I'd also like to see downloadable skins for the Joker, since he's the main villain and playable on the PS3 verison:

Lee Bermejo's Joker: From the Joker graphic novel. Essentially the Heath Ledger Joker but with bleached skin and permanently grey hair. Looks a lot nastier. Also, instead of the purple overcoat he has a black trenchcoat. I'd prefer to see this over TDK's Joker, since I think anything from the movies should stay out of the game based on the comics

That would be cool for the XBOX 360 version. Seeing that on the PS3, players can be The Joker and play as him. Why not have at least one of Batman's friends help in some levels.
