A funny article I found about all-star batman. :D
It's old and stuff but it made me laugh so why not share it? Sorry if all of you read it already.

The sad part is that it's reading the REVIEWS of A-S Batman & Robin that's really great. The comics themselves are practically painful, but it's always worth it in the end because afterwards we get to see the comic book reviewers REACTING to what they've read and it's pure comedy gold.
Between this and The Spirit film I'm thoroughly convinced Miller has either
A. Stopped Caring
or
B. Gone totally off his rocker.

...Or Maybe a little of column A and a little of Column B.

Or maybe he wants to show how his Batman has gone after 3 years of fightning crime alone? Its an interesting character study when you compare All star batman, the dartk knight returns and finally the dark knight strikes again.

All stories have the same Batman but with different time periods, and you can see the change. People always change and this is how Frank Miller is showing how his Batman changed from a psycho to more human thanks to Richard Grayson.

Very true I'll grant you, but come on Draz... Let's look at TDKR... Now let's look at All-Star. Ya gotta admit, the quality of dialogue really isn't what it once was.
I mean, TDKR was no Shakespear, but it was atleast an intense and interesting look at Batman... This is more... Uhm... Special.

Well i don't mind the god damn catphrase on the serie but i can agree on the dialogue. :D I just find it funny aswell haha. I realy love the design on Gotham tho. A clean beatiful looking city but so corrupt from the inside. I hate the whole rat-sewer's hellpit cliché.

I agree Game Weasel, I think Miller is off his rocker alittle. Now with more rumors about a 300 prequel/sequel, I fear for him. However, I did enjoy Sin City alot mostly cause I like RR. Same with Jim Lee, DC Universe Online must be taking up every second of his time. But I loved this comic, and hate that its in a situation like this. If they released 1-2 issues, we would have a Batman story with Morrison/Quitely and Miller/Lee. Thats probably the two greatest comic teamups in awhile then you get other stuff like Johns GL, Rucka/Williams, plus this game coming soon? Batfans are getting their fill since TDK.
