Well thats pretty much impossible. I mean he's been torn in half, had his skeleton ripped out, he's been through a hell out a lot of things, I don't even think his healing factor stops.

Eh the magnet wouldn't stop him. Wolverine can just get rid of the adamtium if he really needs it and kill Batman with his boneclaws. Wolverine and Captain America are the 2 more popular comic characters than Batman and those two would win in a comic-tie in. Captain America even has beated Batman before in the comics and Batman admitted Steve Rogers was slightly better. =p

Actually Carnage even lost to the Joker. All you need is electricity and some explosoives on the symbiote.

I forgot about that, but let's face it: short of some miracle such as electricity being factored in by a broken line etc., if Batman had no prior knowledge of Carnage he'd get destroyed. I can't recall the exact voltage he takes, but in Carnage's origin story he ends up getting zapped by a subway rail and gets back to his feet PDQ. A lot of the DC versus Marvel stuff was fan voted too, was it not? I mean, if you got down to brass tacks really Batman and the Joker are just men, where as Cletus Kassidy with his symbiote is an alien, serial killing menace. All he'd have to do is stretch his symbiote out, grab one of em and reel em in, than slice his head off with a symbiote made axe, blade, other such sharp object, etc.

I haven't actually read the Batman/Spider-Man crossover, but regardless, of course they're going to have Carnage lose, but I have to wonder how much help Batman would have gotten from Spidey anyway. I mean, when Carnage first appeared it took the likes of Spider-Man AND Venom just to take em down, and even then it was due to Spider-Man's prior knowledge of the symbiote's weaknesses and there luckily being a sound stage for the web-head to exploit. When Spidey first encountered Carnage, he barely made it through with his life, so I'm pretty sure Carnage would have no problem with a guy in a bat-suit.

I'd love to see The Punisher in this game. He'd be locked up in Arkham and when Joker springs everyone free, Frank goes on his own quest to kill as many inmates as he can. Eventually Batman and Frank cross paths which leads to a boss fight between the two. It's really too bad Punisher is on the Marvel side because I think he'd be an interesting character in the Batman comics. They had two crossovers in the 90's and the dynamic between the two worked pretty well I think.
