At the end of the video, Batman is looking in a room, where it is fill with gas and people are dying. Oh, and I remember reading somewhere that Zasz reappears. And that the lady he is holding is important to the story somehow.

Kind of like a tutorial fight to teach you a new skill or tactic for each new level or scenario. The first time we saw him when he had mike captive, it was a sort of mini test/tutorial on how to silently take down prey from above. In this video we see him with an up close hostage as a body shield which presents a new kind of challenge. I'm assuming you wont be able to just glide kick the crap out of him like last time so there'll have to be a new concept at hand. Once again, just speculation so just throwing this out there.
