I love that there's so many secret ones, Its probably for like Beating Ivy, Quinn, Croc, and the other people who haven't been announced yet.

I imagine some of them are for beating bosses. And the PS3 is sure to have exclusive trophies for Joker gameplay.

Nice achievements. Interesting that there's a lot of secret achievements. So those hulk-like thugs are called beasts from what the achievements say.

Oh my i think im guessing the ending:

Remember the batboat? If the finishing archievement is a bang that could mean Joker blows up Arkham Asylum! :eek: Think about it. Batman and Gordon escaping the island with the batboat and the goons escaping (again) would be the perfect setup for a sequal

The greatest mystery of Arkham might have something to do with the Bioshock twist.

A theory:

I'm pretty sure Gordon is going to die. My reason being: you fight Bane in the beginning of the game, and Gordon is with you there. Now, do you think they'll stick us with Gordon for the rest of the game? Probably not. I'm guessing Bane is going to kill him.

I don't think we really need someone such as Gordon to die at all. I'm not denying it but i find it truly "forced twist" but atleast noone would except that. :p

I just notice that if you watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rS2LF2on364 found by Tumbler, an achievement is unlocked at 5:46 called Breaking and entering. Now the achievement is not listed in the list above, so could that achievement be one of the secret ones.

There are Arkham Guards outside the Arkham house, i mean even a ambulance car is there. Theres alot of possibilities for anything really. =p

The description for "Catch" seems to imply that Arkham's "beasts" might try and throw your Batarangs back at you.

I'm only speculating, but notice how there's not an Achievement for completing one-hundred percent of the Riddles. I think the "Solve Arkham's Greatest Mystery" one is for completing every riddle, but notice how they don't simply say one-hundred percent completion in the description. Perhaps that's because the final Riddle involves meeting the Riddler?

Theres one that says Crack the E Nigma for getting all the riddles.

And the Catch a Batarang thing is because the batarangs come back to you if they dont hit anything. I believe they do anyway.

i think catch is probably used with the steerable batarang you hit a few guys then steer it back to Batsys hand.

Drazar and EliteF50 The game could have more than one ending depending on what you do in the game kinda like the good and bad ones you get in RE and Silent Hill so Gordon could die if Batman fails to save him. But then you'll get a different ending

Doubtful. It sounds nice, but I don't think that's how it will work. Most people prefer a traditional save system, and none of the previews mentioned such a feature. They only said that you see Harley execute Gordon if you fail, but then you re-load and try once more. I don't think there will be multiple endings, as much as I would love to see one. The only known Achievements are for completing the game on any difficulty level. No "Good/Evil" system.

Fair nuff, though it would be the firt time we saw a Batman game with more than one ended cause Batman: Dark Tomorrow had like 4..... but we all know how much that sucked.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but we'll have to wait and see. None of the previews mentioned the feature, and the first review we've had from the French magazine didn't reference that, either.

Guys i think when you Finish the Game you can continue !!!

see the perfect knight trophy you should finish the game 100%

and see the first three trophy it's said complete the game on Hard / Normel / Easy not 100%

To change the diffulty, you have to start over. So maybe no free roam.

But how can you find ALL the Riddles and ALL the unlockables and ALL the secrets in one playthrough? Unless you don't have to solve them/get them again when you start a new game.

Im almost positive that an interview said you could free roam after you beat the game. I dont know where I saw it though.

Not really seening as the video Tumbler posted he had 4 games saved with some of them being different difficulties so you probably can free roam:)

OMG why do games have secret achievements they're pointless because people find them out anyway and if you are going to put them in the game at least give us a clue not just say continue playing to unlock this achievement how is that any help?

The most likely reason they are secret is to not spoil the plot for people who haven't got that far.
I dont even look on the net for info about achievements :p

Actually, they only know what we know.

Fans submit those achievements into them, they don't get them from the publishers/developers.

im going to strongly disagree with you here. theyre far from being pointless,in fact, if they were removed and we had just the "youve taken down the croc" title dont you think that would take something away from your first batman AA experience somewhat?.

and you dont have to go searching for them on the internet. its not a law:)

In the gameplay videos after a batarang is thrown and it hits something it lays on the ground. So probably you will just have to throw it in the air and hope it doesn't hit anything. But who knows.

Maybe you could clear a room then throw it so it has nothing to hit,

If you go on the xbox achivements website there is two achivements that arent on this list. One is about "riding the beast and unleashing its power" called freakshow rodeo and theres another about taking on a beast in hand to hand combat called "mano-a-mano" aswell: heres the link

Crack The E Nigma is an ace achievement name.

And that theory on the Joker blowing up Arkham is an ace idea, that could be true !

Just look at the achievements called Big Bang and Biggest Bang (or whatever they're called).
